What is Included in the IV Membership?

  • Auto payment monthly  - $140.00

  • Includes One IV infusion per month for 12 months - auto renews

  • Size of IV Bag: 500ml      upgrade to a liter for $25.50 (15% discount)

  • One IV infusion per month to be selected by client or staff from the following IV Infusions: 

    • Original, Hydration, Diet and Detox, Athletic Performance, Energy, Recovery, Rehab, Cosmetic, Immune Booster, Aches and Pains, Brainstorm.

  • One Booster, Intramuscular, subcutaneous shot per month to be selected by Client or staff from the following products: 

    • B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Lipo, Glutathione, B-Complex, Tri-Immune, Acetylcysteine, Biotin, Calcium, Zinc, Magnesium, Zofran, Toradol, Taurine, Folic Acid, L-Proline

Required and included in price of membership:

  • Compounded medical weight loss lab panel (ideally drawn at the start of each membership cycle). Includes CBC (Complete Blood Count), CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel), B12, Vitamin D, A1C, Lipid and Basic Thyroid Panels. This will be drawn in house 100% of the time - no outside labs accepted. 

    • Additional lab work can be purchased at a discounted rate listed below.

  • Optional - One 30-minute consultation with Medical Director/Nurse Practitioner to review labs  (telehealth/in-office available) 

  • One additional Birthday IV to be used at any time during the calendar month of the Client’s respective birthday. The free Infusion is offered in addition to the monthly Infusion that client is entitled to receive under the terms of this Agreement. - member may gift this IV to friend/family

    •  May not exceed 2 IV’s per month

  • 15% off any skincare (anfisa & plated excluded), retail devices, supplements, IV boosters, vitamin shots, lab draws and an additional 1 IV infusion per month 

    • Excludes aesthetic services, specialty IV’s, compounded weight loss management, peptides, joint injections and all functional wellness appointments with Nurse Practitioner.

    • Monthly benefits cannot be “banked” or rolled over.  This is a use it or lose it monthly membership
