Pre-Treatment Information

We are excited to see you for your upcoming appointment! To ensure your safety, the best treatment results, and a smooth appointment experience, please carefully review the following pre-treatment guidelines prior to your visit.

Certain medications, medical conditions, recent procedures, or sun exposure may affect your eligibility for treatment and could require postponing or rescheduling your appointment.

Please notify us BEFORE your appointment if any of the following apply:

  • Started new medications including blood thinners, antibiotics, or steroids (all services)
  • Recent illness, infection, fever, or cold/flu symptoms (all services)
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding (all services)
  • Dental cleaning, fillings, deep cleaning, or oral surgery within the last 2 weeks (facial filler, biostimulator treatments, threads)
  • Current cold sore or outbreak within the last 2 weeks (lasers, microneedling, facial services, injectables around the mouth)
  • Previous facial injections ( neuromodulators/fillers) within 1-2 weeks of upcoming appointment (laser & facial services)
  • Current or recent Accutane or Doxycycline use within the past 3 months (laser & facial services)
  • Tanning bed use, self-tanner, sunburn, or prolonged sun exposure within the last 2 weeks (laser & facial services)
  • History of seizures or photosensitive epilepsy (laser & facial services)

Failure to disclose medical history or follow pre-treatment guidelines may result in your appointment being rescheduled for safety reasons.

When scheduling your treatments, please keep in mind that most services are recommended to be spaced at least two weeks apart (with the exception of PDO Threads - allow 2 months). We also suggest planning important events, social gatherings, photoshoots, or travel at least two weeks after your treatment to allow for optimal healing and results. Individual responses and outcomes vary, and treatment timelines may differ from person to person.
