Discover The Magic
Sculptra® + Hyperdilute Radiesse®
Biostimulators, such as Sculptra and Radiesse, are FDA approved injectable treatments designed to stimulate the body's natural production of collagen and elastin, which are essential proteins for maintaining skin elasticity and firmness. Sculptra, made from poly-L-lactic acid, promotes the production of Type I and 3 collagen, gradually restoring volume and improving skin texture over time. Radiesse, composed of calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres, also stimulates the production of Type I and 2 collagen and elastin, providing immediate volume and longer-term skin tightening and rejuvenation. Both products are used to enhance facial contours and reduce the signs of aging by promoting the skin's natural regenerative processes. Results improve slowly and last years. Very natural looking results.

What makes a biostimulator different than fillers?
A biostimulator injectable is a type of cosmetic treatment that works by stimulating the body’s natural production of collagen, resulting in long-term skin rejuvenation. Unlike traditional fillers that simply add volume directly, biostimulators promote collagen formation over time, improving skin texture, elasticity, and firmness in a more natural-looking way.
How do Biostimulators work?
The main difference between Sculptra Aesthetic and Radiesse lies in their composition and mechanism of action:
- Sculptra Aesthetic is made of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), which gradually stimulates collagen production over a series of treatments. It requires multiple sessions, with effects typically becoming visible over several months and lasting up to 2 years.
- Radiesse, on the other hand, is composed of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in a gel. It provides an immediate volumizing effect upon injection, while also stimulating collagen production. Radiesse’s results are visible more quickly, and generally lasts up to 18 months.
When will I see results and how long do results last?
Noticeable results are usually visible within 3-4 months. Results can last up to two years. Bruising is possible, plan 2 weeks ahead of any events/vacations.
How many treatments will I need?
The number of treatments needed can differ from person to person, but generally, it is recommended to have 2-3 sessions over a few months.
What is the difference between Sculptra and Radiesse?
Sculptra: Think of Sculptra as a "collagen trainer." It contains small particles of a material called poly-L-lactic acid, which your body recognizes and slowly breaks down. Over time, this process encourages your skin to produce more collagen, which gives it a fuller and firmer appearance. The changes happen gradually over a few months, and the results can last up to two years.
Radiesse: Radiesse acts like a "collagen jump-starter." It is made of tiny calcium-based particles suspended in a gel. When injected, Radiesse immediately adds volume to your skin (giving instant results), while also encouraging collagen production in the long run. As your body absorbs the gel, the calcium particles remain to support new collagen growth, with results that can last up to 18 months.
