Kayla Kendall, FNP is a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing thoughtful, personalized care for patients at every stage of life. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Kayla spent eight years as a cardiac ICU nurse, where she developed a strong foundation in complex patient care and a deep commitment to patient safety and positive outcomes.

Kayla provides family practice, hormone optimization, and compounded medical weight loss, with a focus on helping patients feel their best through individualized, evidence-based care.

Kayla lives in Hayden with her husband and two sons and enjoys being part of the North Idaho community she serves.

Angela Sattler is the Founder and CEO of Renew Aesthetics and IV Hydration Bar and RBAR Functional Wellness in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. A Registered Nurse for 25 years, she has spent the past nine years as a full-time aesthetic injector, known for blending clinical expertise with an artistic, patient-centered approach to natural results. Angela serves as a National Trainer and Faculty member for Galderma and Merz, and is a Key Opinion Leader and third-party trainer for MINT PDO threads.

In 2024, Angela expanded her passion for education by opening Renew Academy, offering small, hands-on training opportunities for providers at her Coeur d’Alene location. She is married to her business partner and co-owner, Joshua Sattler, and together they are raising three children. Outside of work, the Sattlers love spending time outdoors and making the most of Pacific Northwest adventures.

Aesthetic Injector, Plasma Specialist

Specializing in regenerative aesthetics and advanced anti-aging procedures, Hailey is known for her natural, results-driven approach. She customizes each treatment plan to align with her clients’ unique goals, anatomy, and long-term wellness, emphasizing enhancements that stimulate the body’s own regenerative processes. A recognized leader in EZGEL/PRF procedures in the Northwest, Hailey is an innovator in biostimulatory and regenerative techniques, and loves sharing her knowledge and expertise with other providers while offering training courses but also with her daily interactions with her clients.

 Whenever possible, Hailey can be found adventuring with her family and finding inspiration in nature, travel, and music.

Tara Wright, BSN, passion for patient care spans diverse realms, from her initial foray into Human Resources to her 7 years in medical aesthetics. Specializing in natural facial rejuvenation, she combines clinical expertise with a commitment to ongoing learning. Tara's dedication to patient satisfaction utilizes wrinkle relaxers, biostimulators and dermal fillers to leave you looking and feeling your best.

Tessa Conrad, BSN, brings the precision, critical thinking, and calm confidence of an experienced ICU nurse to every aesthetic treatment. She specializes in lip filler, wrinkle-reducing injectables, and rejuvenating skin treatments, creating natural, refreshed results tailored to each patient.

Known for her kind, supportive approach, Tessa takes the time to educate, listen, and make every patient feel comfortable and confident. Her gentle demeanor and attention to detail make her especially loved by first-time aesthetic patients who want a personalized and reassuring experience.

Jessica Mott, RN, LE, is an Advanced Laser Specialist, Registered Nurse, and Licensed Esthetician with a passion for helping patients achieve healthier, more confident skin. Her own experience overcoming personal skin concerns inspired her career in aesthetics and continues to shape the thoughtful, results-driven care she provides today.

Jarred's transition from customer service to the front desk at Renew is marked by his passion for personal connections and outdoor adventures. With a penchant for plant care and exploring nature's wonders, he brings a touch of tranquility and enthusiasm to every client interaction.

Patient Care Coordinator

Liz has been a long-time client at Renew Aesthetics and now works at the front desk for almost a year. With nearly a decade in customer service, she's adept at both aesthetics and retail. Holding an associate degree in Science, she also manages her own clothing boutique. Liz treasures the interactions with customers the most at Renew Aesthetics, enjoying the opportunity to chat and build relationships. Outside of work, she delights in spending time with her miniature Yorkie, indulging in good food, and summer lake surfing.
